Renovation of a municipal facility in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of October 30, 2024 this project was awarded to Copper Mechanical in the amount of $468,177.50. Substitution requests shall be submitted no later than 5:00PM PST on Monday September 23, 2024. Mechanical scope of work: Work includes but not limited to replacing existing exhaust fans within maintenance shop and mechanics shop, installation of a vehicle exhaust system within mechanics shop, infrared unit heater replacement, packaged terminal air handler replacement, control system installations to integrate new and existing mechanical equipment, and any additional elements required to for a complete and operational system as shown within the plans and technical specifications. Electrical scope of work: installation of site generator, automatic transfer switch, relocation of existing electrical meter, electrical work associated with mechanical improvements, and any additional elements required to for a complete and operational system as shown within the plans and technical specifications.
