Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Socorro, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Plans consist of the demolition of the existing sludge dewatering building and removal / disposal of the existing two Sludge Filter Presses, including pertinent equipment and piping. The project also includes the installation of two new Belt Filter Presses, including new polymer totes, new polymer pumps, sludge wash water pumps, piping, controls, new skid mounted Plant Wash Water Pumps, and construction of a new Sludge Dewatering Building. As of October 23, 2025, a general contractor has been selected. Construction has not yet begun, a timeline has not been established.
