Bids are requested for a multi-prime contract for General Trades, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical work in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by AJH Design, 111 East 14th Street, Elmira Heights, NY 14903. Document notes: All checks for deposit of Contract Documents and shipping shall be made payable to AJH Design Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the County.The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. Any non-bidder may be refunded his deposit only upon returning plans and specifications prior to the bid opening.
