Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in North Lewisburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project work will include 1.75 miles by 10ft width of bike path repaving consisting of 2" minimum asphalt overlay. There are two additional turnout sitting areas that total approximately 1500 sqft that will also be repaved as well as the East end parking lot at covered bridge, totaling approximately 1650 sqft. No prebid meeting will be held. All areas overlaid shall also include a layer of ODOT 407 Tack Coat on the existing pavement applied at a rate of 0.09 gallons / S.Y. The contractor will be required to dispose of all spoil materials. Each proposal shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in the same; shall be accompanied by a security bond by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, or by a certified check on some solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the submitted proposal, the surety bond or certified check being payable to the Village of North Lewisburg , Ohio, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured by a satisfactory bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Village Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the Village of North Lewisburg, Ohio Only pre-qualified bidders are eligible to submit bids for this PROJECT. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract.
