These properties are located at: 50 Corriveau Avenue, 30 Calder Place, and 2 Boudreau Road, St. Albert, Alberta. The grounds maintenance services require the Respondent to provide Services that result in aesthetically pleasing, desirable site appearances and technically sound site conditions. Maintenance services shall include all required tasks, equipment, labour, materials and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily complete the specified grounds maintenance services, as outlined below.
