Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. Working plans call for the construction of a 33,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Project work includes construction of a new community center including a lounge for seniors, indoor pickleball courts, table tennis, walking track, and fitness rooms. As of July 18, 2025, this project is in the preconstruction phase. An architect and construction manager has been selected for the project. Bidding is estimated to take place in early 2026 and construction is estimated to take place in spring of 2026.
