Reference Number 0000367291 Delivery Point: 4315 Andover Rd., Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302 Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date: December 2024 Specifications for the equipment required to chemically treat the swimming pool water and to specify the equipment required to automatically control and virtually monitor the chemical feed equipment currently in place. The chlorine generation systems and controllers shall be complete and operating systems designed for use in a recreational and commercial swimming pool environment. Work is to take place in December 2024. For purposes of this request for bids, the Township of Bloomfield will hereby be referred to as Township and the private firm will hereby be referred to as Contractor. The Township is accepting sealed bids from qualified professional firms to furnish and install the equipment necessary to convert to a saltwater pool. The pool is located indoors and is approximately 34x38x4. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the following Request for Bids (RFB). During the evaluation process, the Township reserves the right where it may serve the Township's best interest to request additional information or clarification from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. At the discretion of the Township, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation.
