Site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
RFP #1052 is for the necessary asbestos abatement projects at Conant Elementary School, Eastover Elementary School, Lone Pine Elementary School, and Way Elementary School prior to building renovation. The projects, which will be during June and July 2025, will include the removal and disposal of asbestos floor tile under cabinets, asbestos lay-in ceiling tiles, asbestos door transoms, door frame with asbestos caulk, and interior window frames with asbestos glazing. The project also includes the packaging and disposal of non-friable asbestos containing materials such as sinks with asbestos undercoating materials, door hardware from tagged fire doors, and tagged fire doors with frames.
