Reference Number 0000362780 Clinton County is Seeking Sealed Bids for the Clinton County Courthouse Window Replacement General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) WINDOW UNITS ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND REFINISHING OF (12) EXISTING ASSOCIATED WOOD FRAMES & TRANSOM WINDOWS. DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT OF TWELVE (12) WINDOW UNITS ON THE FIRST FLOOR. DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT OF TWO (2) WINDOW UNITS ON THE SECOND FLOOR. Project Description: The project consists of window replacements at the first & second floors of the Clinton County Courthouse. Work also includes refinishing of existing associated wood frames & transom windows. Question Deadline 09/30/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All questions regarding plans and specifications must be submitted in writing to Architectural & Engineering Design Associates, P.C. Responses will be issued in writing in the form of a Project Addenda and will be distributed to all plan holders that obtained plans directly from Clinton County. All questions received prior to the pre-bid conference will be reviewed at the pre-bid conference. The deadline for question submission will be 3pm two business days before the bid opening. Any questions submitted after this time will not be subject to response by addendum.
