Renovation of an educational facility in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,550-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

SUNY Plattsburgh Admissions Center The project will provide a comprehensive interior renovation of 20,552 GSF (without Housing Administration) of Algonquin Dining Hall to service the needs of admissions. This includes replacement of all interior finishes and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems as well as exterior improvements including roof replacement, minor exterior brick repair, and exterior flatwork and landscaping. The Project includes the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements As of July 22, 2026, this project is in the final phase of construction documents. Bidding is anticipated to occur in August 2026 after final client review. Construction is anticipated to begin in 4th quarter 2026. The Fund's project specific goals for this project are 5 % MBE and 5 % WBE and 3 % SDVOB.
