SKMWC Arsenic Mitigation Project The Silver Knolls Mutual Water Company invites licensed, qualified contractors to submit bid proposals for the SKMWC Arsenic Mitigation Project, located at 11205 Bighorn Dr, Reno, NV. Questions pertaining to this project must be submitted to the designated email by Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. The scope of work involves structural, architectural, concrete, electrical, mechanical and water improvements and all associated construction activities, etc. as shown on the project plans. The project is funded by the Nevada State Revolving Fund, and prevailing wages apply as described in the Bid Documents, which may be obtained after 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025. Payment and performance bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required upon award of the contract, which is anticipated to be awarded on or about Monday, April 28th. bid price will be approximately $400,000 to $420,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
