The City of Wolfforth is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Janitorial Services for the City of Wolfforth facilities. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered for the award of the contract and shall be considered void and unacceptable. If a Bidder chooses to submit a Hard Copy Bid, it must be delivered in a sealed envelope with a return address and clearly marked "City of Wolfforth Invitation to Bid RE: Janitorial Services. DO NOT OPEN." The bidder's firm name shall appear on the outside of the envelope. The point of contact for this solicitation is City of Wolfforth City Secretary Terri Robinette. Should you have any questions or require additional information or clarification on information contained in the ITB, please submit your questions via email no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, September 20, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bids. In case of ambiguity or lack of clarity in stating the prices in any bid, the City reserves the right to consider the most advantageous pricing thereof, or to reject the bid. The award will be made to the responsible bidder who provides services at the best value to the City.
