Renovation of an educational facility in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This addendum forms a part of the original Request for Proposals (RFP) issued for the removal and replacement of the roof on the. North portion of Will Rogers Elementary School, Shawnee, OK. The following changes, clarifcations, and alternative options are hereby made to the original RFP. 1. Alternate Contractor Options Alternate Materials: Durolast Roofng System 2. Scope of Work Revision 900 psi 1/2" gypsum recovery board will be required 3. Deadline extension Scope of Work The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Conducting site visits to obtain accurate field measurements for the project area. o Tear off existing roof down to decking material o Preparation of the roof surface for the installation of the new roofing system. o Install 4.5 ISO o Install taper system to push water to the eaves o Fully adhere 60 mil TPO o Install gutters and downspouts at eaves o Remove and replace all roof accessories o Haul off all debris o Compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and codes. o Ensuring minimal disruption to school operations during the project. o Providing a warranty for the new roofing system and detailed maintenance instructions.
