Overall project work started in August 2024, and is expected to be completed in January 2026 This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plant to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the City of Edmond AC Caplinger Sports Complex, Bid Package #02. Bid Package #02 inclusive of: Cast-in-Place Concrete, Precast Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Architectural Millwork, Roofing, Joint Sealants & Waterproofing, Doors & Hardware, Overhead Doors, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Signage, Sports Equipment, Multiple Seating, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, General Trades, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Stabilization, Site Concrete, Asphalt, Fencing, Landscape & Irrigation, Playground Equipment, Turf & Field, Netting, Redi-Rock Retaining Walls, Site Utilities, and Storm Sewer & Drainage Systems. This project is subject to tax-exempt status. The work shall be done in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the City Engineer's Office For all bids over $50,000, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The City of Edmond reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
