Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,800-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; 4,800-square-foot, one-story above grade service station / car wash facility; and service station / car wash facility.

The scope entails the construction for the Albuquerque Metropolitan Complex for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety, located at 1250 Menaul Boulevard NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico. 1. The Work includes: a. The demolition of an existing building. b. The construction of the Main building. c. The construction of an Auto Shop Building. 2. The construction of the Main Building includes approximately 8,800 square feet with associated utilities, as shown. 3. The construction of the Auto Shop Building includes approximately 4,800 square feet with associated utilities, as shown. 4. All associated grading, paving, sitework, site utilities, and landscaping. Completion- 560 calendar days The Work further includes the development of the site, comprising approximately three (3) acres, including grading, drainage, utilities, parking areas, drive aisles, site lighting, landscaping, security features, and all associated infrastructure required for a complete and operational facility. In addition to on-site construction, the Work includes off-site improvements to be completed under a Public Work Order (PWO). These improvements shall include, but are not limited to, roadway and access enhancements necessary to provide vehicular ingress and egress to the site from Menaul Boulevard to the north and from the Frontage Road to the east, including all associated civil, traffic control, and utility work required by governing authorities.' The Work shall also include the procurement, delivery, installation, and coordination of all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) required for the full use and occupancy of the facility. The Construction Documents contain an additive alternate which will become part of the Work only if enumerated in the Agreement. Future funding may be required in order to add the alternates to the contract.
