This project is for a general contractor to provide a general construction services to carve out an Executive Office Suite for the Office of the Provost. The suite will be approximately 2,780sf on the 3rd Floor of Gibson Library. The selected General Contractor will be required to coordinate construction efforts for this project with the General Contractor for ongoing renovation work in the greater library that is part of the 2024 CCAP Library 1st-4th project. Note that work will be taking place in an occupied building. To minimize Library interruptions, contractors will need to account for no noisy work during 6:00am 8:00pm. Construction for the project must take place in the scheduled window of January 6, 2025, to April 16, 2025 The substantial completion of this project is expected to be complete by May 1, 2025.
