Renovation of a municipal facility in Webster City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Owner for the Project is Hamilton County Auditor, Hamilton County Courthouse, 2300SuperiorSt, Webster City, IA 50595. The Project Engineer is MSA Professional Services, Inc. 1555SEDelawareAve., Suite F, Ankeny, Iowa 50021. A one lump sum bid incorporating general, mechanical, and electrical work shall be submitted All bids must be filed on or before the time set forth herein. All proposals shall be submitted on the for mcontained within the Project Manual, enclosed in a separate, sealed envelope, plainly identified. Bids may not be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after the opening thereof. Bidders shall provide with their bid, Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cash, or cashier's check in a minimum amount of 10% of their bid. Upon award of a contract, the Contractor shall provide a Performance and Payment Bond within 10 days. Upon award of a contract, the Contractor shall provide the Owner with a copy of their Certificateof Insurance showing coverage consistent with those stated within the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to accept the bid that they deem to be in their best interestsand/or toreject any or all bids at any time within the thirty (30) days immediately following the date of thereceipt of bids.
