The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors for the upgrade of; lighting, sound, and video systems across Cache County School District properties. The scope of work includes the installation of new equipment in auditoriums, gymnasiums, lecture halls, classrooms, conference rooms, and other designated spaces within the district. The selected contractor will be expected to provide high-quality upgrades that enhance the functionality and performance of these systems in various school facilities. Such projects may include: Installation and upgrade of theatrical lighting systems in auditoriums, gymnasiums, and other spaces. Installation and upgrade of sound systems in auditoriums, gymnasiums, and other spaces. Installation of AV control systems. Installation of TVs, Projectors, and other visual devices.
