Town of Elizabethtown, North Carolina is seeking qualified Construction Firms licensed in North Carolina, for the construction of a Manufacturing Facility located at the Airport Corporate Park on Ben Greene Extension, Elizabethtown, NC. All questions regarding this project should be directed to: Town Planning Director Rusty Worley at (910) 862-3979 ext 2014 or email at rworley@elizabethtownnc.org The selected firm will work as Design/Build Contractor with the Town of Elizabethtown to construct the project as well as prepare site work, construct building, landscaping, parking lot and sidewalks. The purposed building will be a total of 40,736 square feet, 36,000 square feet of warehouse/manufacturing and 4,736 square feet of office area.
