The separate sealed envelopes to be labeled on the outside of the envelope with the appropriate site. Labeled envelopes to state either: Eagle Ridge Elevator, or River Heights Terrace Elevator. Each bid package to be a separate bid and not to be mingled together. Each bid to be a separate contract. Each bid has separate bid security. Bidders can bid on either or both projects. The Dakota County CDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Dakota County CDA.
