Remove existing gas fired water heater along with ancillary piping, controls, breeching/stack, and pump. Remove existing combustion fan and associated ductwork, and controls. Provide three (3) new high efficiency gas fired boilers along with ancillary piping, controls, flue and combustion air piping, and boiler pumps. Provide one (1) new high efficiency gas fired water heater along with ancillary piping, controls, flue and combustion air piping and pump. Incorporate new boilers and pumps into facility building automation system.
