This project is being performed under the authority of the Mayor of the City of Cleveland Heights; The Public Works Director is the manager of this project, and is under the charge of the Mayor; The Assistant Public Works Director is under the charge of the Public Works Director; The Engineer is under the charge of the Assistant Public Works Director; The Inspector is under the charge of the Engineer. Excavation, removal, and replacement of Storm and Sanitary Sewers, manholes, and catch basins to eliminate Sanitary Sewer Overflows at four (4) locations detailed on the plan sheets including pavement replacement. B. Additional work may include but is not limited to drainage structure and manhole adjustments to grade, sidewalk replacement, curb replacement, drive apron replacement, and ADA curb ramp replacement.
