The City of Miramar is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to furnish all material and labor for the removal of existing Mowry Elevator and installation of a new one. Below is a summary description of the scope of work. Removal: Remove existing Mowry Elevator which includes all pumps, motors, controllers, guard rails, rail brackets, fluids, and all electrical components. Installation: Install a new 4,000lb capacity 3 stop freight elevator that includes 480-volt 3 phase, new electrical connections, motors pumps, electrical panels that are ADA compliant and meet all new safety standards.
