Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Miramar, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Miramar is seeking to engage the services of a qualified Construction Manager to provide professional Pre-Construction and Construction Manager at Risk ("CMR") Services for the New Community Recreation & Multi-Purpose Facility ("Project"), as part of its Capital Improvement Program. The proposed Scope of Work is as following: Construction of +/- 12,000 SF State of the Art Recreation and Multi-Purpose Facility to include, but not limited to: covered entrance; conference/multi-purpose rooms; covered lobby; administration office; restrooms; warming kitchen; and back-of-house service corridor. PROJECT QUESTIONS: All questions must be submitted in writing to the Citys Procurement Department, 2200 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida 33025, by email to: bamartin@miramarfl.gov, no later than Spetember 18, 2025.
