Renovation of a transportation facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Supply and install 16 New sit-stand workstations within the IOC. The new sit-stand workstations should fit all the requirements outlined in the General Requirements. Scope of work includes but is not limited to, disassembling of existing furniture and storing the existing furniture in a secure location on YYC site, proposing the furniture that fits all the requirements, supplying and installing the furniture. 7.1.2 Supply and install three (3) regular desks within the IOC. The regular desks should follow the requirements outlined in the General Requirements. 7.1.3 There is a raised flooring within the IOC, which proponents should consider when proposing solutions, ensuring that their offerings are compatible and suitable for this type of flooring. 7.1.4 Provide maximum of 3 options of chairs for 24/7/365 operational environment. The new chairs should follow the requirements outlined in the General Requirements. Proponents shall deliver the chairs to site for testing for an evaluation process if requested by Airport Authority. 7.1.5 Provide clear and concise instruction for how standard IT systems can be mounted to the design in an organized visually appealing manner. 7.1.6 Provide the lead time of all the required furniture as a separate line item. 7.1.7 Repair any damage that occurs during the supply and installation of the new furniture. 7.1.8 Proponents are required to provide conceptual drawings including but not limited to the furniture, including its orientation and dimensions within the floor plan. 7.1.9 Below is a list of all the upgrades that will be taking place in conjunction with the new furniture installation and items deemed as "not in scope". a. Removal and reinstallation of all the existing hardware (monitors, PCs, keyboards etc.) b. Additional cabling and electrical work to accommodate new design. 7.1.10 Must Provide a minimum warranty of 10 years for workstations and 12 years for chairs; longer warranty is desired. 7.1.11 Daily clean-up, housekeeping and disposal off-site. Successful Proponent shall be responsible for all material handling, clean-up and garbage disposal on a daily basis. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
