The intent of this project is to perform a comprehensive study of the HVAC and Building Automation System (BAS) at the Downsview Office Complex in North York, ON. This is a site wide study and will include all buildings: Building A -East Building (B12386), Building B -West Tower (B17890), Building C -Central Building (B12387), Building D -Atrium Tower (B24924), Building D2 -Freeway Traffic Building (B24912), and Underground -Tunnel (B14602). TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Consultants has been issued by the Owner's Agent. The consultant must ensure that all recommendations are actionable and include enough details to perform the work soon, without any need for any future studies. The results of intrusive testing (ultrasonic, cut tests, IR scans as applicable to the report) are to be presented in summary spreadsheets in this section and in the Appendices. The identified repairs and recommendations from the report are to be clearly identified in RED on Elevation and Building Plan sketches for the building. Also, any test locations and quantity of tests should be clearly identified on the Elevation and Building Plan sketches in the appendices. Further project schedules are undetermined pending an award.
