Site work for a water / sewer project in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Well 40 Rehabilitation The project consists of well rehabilitation work at HWSA's Well 40, in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, PA. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Project Manual. The work will include removal of the existing well pump, well televising, mechanical rehabilitation, chemical rehabilitation, disinfection, and return of the existing well pump. Work is contained under one lump sum contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. This project is subject to the applicable provisions of Act 442, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. There will be no pre-bid meeting for the project.
