Approximately (104) 1" PE lateral service reconnections, (11) main reconnection and (13) new hydrants. . Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) policies of the Town of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts are applicable to this contract. The goal for this project is a minimum of five (5) percent MBE participation and five (5) percent WBE participation by State-certified MBEs and WBEs.
