Site work associated with the first phase of the new cemetery expansion at Prospect Park, located at 65 Prospect Street, Shrewsbury Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any part of or all Responses in the best interest of the Town. Contract award is subject to appropriation and award by the Shrewsbury Select Board. All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretation of the Information for Bidders, Form of Proposal, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, or Bonds must be submitted in writing to the Town Engineer at the Municipal Office Building, Shrewsbury, no later than close of business Friday November 15, 2024. The Engineer will then via addenda, to the prospective bidders at the email addresses given by them, not less than three (3) business days before said date of the bid opening, his interpretations of all questions so raised, which in his opinion require interpretation
