Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there is 1 Addendum for this tender** Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/24 12:00:00 AM NDT General 1 Provide all labour, materials, equipment, superintendence, temporary facilities and administration necessary to perform the Work outlined below and described in greater detail in this specification. 2 All work in this project is to be completed in accordance with all related NL Housing specifications and Occupational Health and Safety requirements. If you require a copy of our specifications please contact the NL Housing representative. 3 The NL Housing representative is to be contacted with any discrepancies prior to proceeding with the Work. 4 All measurements and quantities in scope/drawings are estimated and for bidding purposes only. 5 Contractor to ensure all work is completed in accordance with the current edition of the NL Guidance Document for the Management of Impacted Sites. Contractor must also be a Registered Site Professional within the Province. 1.2 Project Description 1 Work for this project includes but is not limited to the Indoor Air Assessment at 4 units, 10 A, B, C, D Carpenter's Loop, Hopedale and 1 unit 19 Laura's Lane, Makkovik. It also includes the Soil Vapour Assessment for the downgradient private home at the boundary of 19 Laura's Lane, Makkovik. Work for this project is as specified herein and referred to in the specifications. (See attached location plans & photos) 2 The following outline is general and is not to be considered complete in every detail. Contractor responsible for and damages caused outside the scope of work during this work. Before submitting a quote, bidders shall carefully examine the Contract Documents and the site of the proposed work to fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations. 3 Contract price to include all equipment, travel, accommodations, per diems, laboratory sampling and analysis and professional & administration fees to submit findings as outlined above and to provide further recommendations to the owner on the occupancy of all units. All units are currently vacant with the exception of 10C Carpenter's Loop. Contractor is responsible to provide schedule at least 72 hours in advance to conduct site visits and to facilitate the work.
