The scope of work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to all items on the Project Drawings and more particularly described in the MERX Schedule of Quantities and included in this section and any additional work as directed by the Engineer. General: Mobilization of all labour, equipment, and materials to the project site. Removal of existing culverts in drainage channels at Carpenter Drive, American Road and Centre Avenue including removal of existing concrete headwalls where they exist. Supply & Installation of 169m of 1000mmØ Aluminized Type II CSP including Concrete Headwalls and Handrails. Supply & Installation of 26m of 1390mm x 970mm Aluminized Type II CSP Arch including Concrete Headwalls and Handrails. Supply & Installation of 12m of 5400mm x 1200mm Long Span Structural Aluminum Plate Structure including Aluminum Headwalls, Handrails and Concrete Footings. Raise road grade on Harbour Drive at the Carpenter Drive drainage channel crossing. Reinstate roads and driveways with 15cm of Maintenance Grade No. 3. Clearing, Cleaning and Deepening of 425m of existing drainage channels including placement of Terrafix 420R Geotextile and Rock Lining. Excavate and Waterproof fire hose station chamber at Centre Avenue. Placement of rigid insulation for frost protection of underground water and sewer pipes where cover is reduced by installation of new culverts and deepening drainage channels. Reinstatement and Cleaning of affected properties. Completion of all deficiencies as directed by the Engineer including final cleanup and demobilization from the project site.
