Demolition and construction is required consisting of removal and adding new walls to accommodate more smaller offices. Addition of glass partitions with new doors and existing doors to have glass cut outs. Architectural consultant will need to provide architectural, electrical and HVAC and fire and life system considerations for design. Any lighting modifications will need to be verified by the consultant with upcoming Federal Building Initiative.
