As of August 19, 2025, project awarded. The Village of Mount Prospect (Village) is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering consultants to prepare plans and specifications for the replacement and rehabilitation of estimated 14,600 linear feet of water main within the Village-owned potable water distribution system. Desired services also include solicitation and review of bids as well as construction management and inspection. Your firm is invited to submit a Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal to become eligible for a possible interview for engineering design and construction management services for the Village of Mount Prospects, 2025 water main replacement project. Attached to this memo are: o A list of materials and information that should be included with your Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal (Exhibit A). o A general definition of the scope of work and a schedule of dates and requirements for the selection process (Exhibit B). o An overview location map of the project (Exhibit C) The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
