The sealed bids are to be sent or submitted to the Clerk of Holt County, Holt County Courthouse, 204 N 4th Street, O'Neill NE 68763. The work shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the construction of: Sta. 26+40 Build Triple 12' x 7' x 52' Concrete Box Culvert on 35 Skew LHB Proposals must be signed and submitted on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents. Please only submit Division 5. Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Holt County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Holt County Board of Supervisors. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 60 calendar days for completion of the work. The required completion date of the project is July 31, 2025. The Holt Board of County Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities.
