Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cohoes, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Reference Number 0000362989 Work shall include but is not limited to: Contract No. 1 - General Construction The scope of work includes the media replacement of an existing 1.0 mgd multi-media filter within the existing water treatment plant. Work includes removal of old media and installation of new media. Media consists of 12" sand and 12" of anthracite coal. Work also includes system start-up. Question Deadline 10/11/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % -- Bids should exclude sales and compensating use taxes on materials incorporated into the work. A bid bond in the amount equal to at least five (5%) percent of the Bid will be required with submission of each bid. The successful bidders, to whom the contracts are awarded, will be required to provide a payment and performance bond equal to the full amount of the Contract.
