CORE Construction | Idaho request for Proposal from licensed subcontractors for the following project: jerome County courthouse dmv remodel 300 North Lincoln Ave. jerome, ID 83338 IN GENERAL, THE project consists of a remodel of approximately 5,352 square feet of the 1974 sheriffs' office addition to the historic jerome county courthouse. scope includes minor demolition of APPROXIMATELY 1,055 square feet of basement area to house a new and existing mechanical room, 4,119 square feet of first floor area for new entry lobby, data room, treasurer office and transaction counter, storage, DMV service counters and offices, i.t. room, vestibule exit stairway, janitors office, public restrooms and circulation space. 2 nd floor is limited to approximately 168 square foot area in existing offices to add new daylighting windows to match existing storefront systems. The Project is anticipated to include the following scopes of work consisting minor excavation for new utility connections and relocation of ground mounted transformer and new electrical feeds for transformer and emergency generator, and mechanical line feeds. Minor backfill and patching of asphalt and concrete. new site signage and parking lot striping and accessories, building concrete patch and repair, structural and veneer masonry, misc. metals, damp proofing/waterproofing, building and sound attenuation insulation. aluminum glass and glazing, interial metal finish panels, fire stopping and sealants, minor membrane roofing adjustments and coping caps, finish carpentry and millwork, hm and wood doors, hm frames and hardware, overhead coiling counter windows/doors, metal studs, drywall, and paint, frp, act ceiling systems, resilient flooring and carpet tiles, concrete grinding and sealing, window blinds shades and film, interior signage package, toilet and bath accessories and partitions, wall protection and corner guards, fire extinguishers and cabinets, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, tab, electrical, low voltage and fire alarm. The project IS estimated between $1,800,000 to $2,200,000 Anticipated RFP will be issued will be issued october 1, 2024 bids to be eligible to provide A BID PROPOSAL on this project, each subcontractor must be PRE-qualified through core construction.
