RFQ -Construction Manager at Risk Renovation Associated Request for Qualifications/Proposals Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce is seeking bids for Construction Manager at Risk for renovation associated with 393 Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457. Solicits Proposals From the State of Connecticut Licensed Contractors; to Provide "construction Management Services." CONTRACTORS shall be required to pay not less than the residential prevailing wage rates on the Project, as established by the State of Connecticut. Copies of these wage rates are incorporated in the Contract Documents. Each contractor performing work on this Project shall comply in all respects with all laws governing the employment of labor, Social Security, and Unemployment Insurance. This is an invitation for bids and the owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, high or low, or any part thereof, to waive defects or formalities in same, or to accept and negotiate with any bidder it deems to be in the owner's best interest. The Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce is an Affirmative Action/ Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority/ Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply.
