Site work for a development in Barrington, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Concrete Block: Insulate the concrete block walls of picnic shelter restroom at the Fox River Forest Preserve with Core - Fill 500. The Contractor is responsible for all material and labor to perform the work. The site must be prepped and installed per manufacturer instruction and at the location listed on the drawings. The Contractor is responsible for all cleanup. See A-4.1 for detail. Closed Cell Spray: Install JM Corbond III closed cell polyurethane foam insulation to the required r value in all the locations listed on the drawings at picnic shelter restroom. The contractor is responsible all 2x blocking listed on A3.1 The site must be prepped and installed per manufacturer instruction at the location listed on the drawings. The Contractor is responsible for all cleanup. See A-4.1 Locations: Fox River Question Deadline 09/19/2024 at 11:00 AM CT If any prospective Vendor is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Package, such prospective Vendor shall submit to Owner an email, not later than the date and time listed above, directed to Owner's Purchasing Division, purchasingdept@LCFPD.org, for an interpretation thereof.
