Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Louisville, Kentucky. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project provides funding for improvements to the Westport Road right of way (medians, sidewalk, etc.) to address aesthetic and safety concerns along the corridor. The project is included in the City's 2023-2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of August 14, 2025, project is in design phase. An architect has been selected and information regarding a general contractor has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been established, however construction is expected to start late 2025 with completion in early to mid 2026. Engineering is being done in-house.
