Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hesperia, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Contractors shall furnish all services of work, labor, materials, tools equipment, personnel and supervision, insurance bonds, licenses and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect cost necessary to fully design, fabricate and install four new dock sections and four new skids. Two dock sections and two skids on the East dock and identical on West dock at launch ramps. Required License Class: A - General Engineering Contractor. General: Seven (7) Months. Small Business (SB) Notice 5% Small Business Preference Design Phase: Ninety (90) Days. Construction Phase: One Hundred and Fifty (150) Days. Question Deadline 10/21/2024 Written compilation of all questions and answers, and any IFB addenda will be posted and emailed to identified proposers. Wednesday, October 23, 2024. The Department of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to waive any irregularity in a bid or to reject any or all bids.
