The Contractor must maintain this license from contract award through acceptance. All contractors, including any out-of-state contractors/subcontractors, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of California at the time of bid and award. COMPLIANCE WITH AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) CORONAVIRUS LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUND (CLFRF) REQUIREMENTS -This Contract may be funded in whole or in part with funds provided by the American Rescue Plan Act - Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (ARPA), Federal Award Identification Number (FAIN): SLT0628 and Assistance Listing Number (formerly known as a CFDA number): 21.027, and therefore Contractor agrees to comply with any and all ARPA requirements in addition to any and all applicable County, State, and Federal laws, regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to the funding of this Contract.
