Fencing Project# 10 Each bid shall be accompanied in the same sealed envelope with the following: (1) bid security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in the form of either cash, a certified or cashier's check payable to the District, or a "Bid Bond" in the form attached hereto; (2) a completed "Non-collusion Affidavit"; (3) "Designation of Subcontractors" all of which must be on the forms attached hereto. Prior to the Bid Submission Deadline, any bidder may withdraw its bid in person or by written request. No bids may be withdrawn between the Bid Submission Deadline and the ninetieth (90th) calendar day thereafter, inclusive, and all bids shall be effective throughout that entire ninety (90) day period.
