Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in County of Grande Prairie No. 1, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,710-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The County of Grande Prairie No.1 is receiving tenders for the following project: Teepee Creek Fire Station The Work for this Contract comprises the following: 1 Construct a new pre-engineered steel Fire Station located in Teepee Creek, Alberta, for the County of Grande Prairie No. 1, as per the contract documents. 2 Construct new yard including gravel, asphalt, concrete aprons, pads, sidewalks, and fencing, etc., as per the drawings. 3 Provide lot grading including fire pond and finished grades, as per the drawings. 4 Construct new approach, as per the drawings. 5 Provide electrical requirements from the existing overhead power line. 6 Provide natural gas requirements from the existing line. 7 Install site servicing including new well and treatment, and new sewage holding tank, as per the drawings. 8 Provide new landscaping including artificial turf, as per the contract documents.
