CONTRACT TERM Prices shall remain firm for the period of date of award through June 30, 2025. ACCEPTANCE Respondents shall hold their price firm and is subject to the acceptance of the RCSD for forty-five (45) working days from the date of the response opening. The District reserves the right to renew this contract under the same terms and conditions at the existing awarded unit prices for up to two (2) twelve-month consecutive terms if agreeable by all parties and by resolution by the Riverhead Central School District Board of Education. AWARD/REJECTION OF RESPONSES The respondents selected will be notified at the earliest practicable date. The RSCD, however, reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any informality in the responses received whenever the RCSD determines that such rejection or waiver is in the RCSD best interest. BID RESERVATIONS Bids submitted shall remain in effect for forty-five (45) days past the date of bid opening.
