The Rockland Boces is Soliciting Sealed Bids From Reputable and Qualified Firms to Provide Time and Materials - General Construction Services. This Service Contract is Not Intended for Major Building Additions/renovations and/or Major New Construction Projects. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check Payable to Rockland Boces or by a Bid Bond for a Sum Equal to Five Hundred Dollars ($ 500.00), Conditioned as Set Forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids Shall Remain Firm for a Period of Forty-five (45) Days Following the Date of the Bid Opening. The Rockland Boces Reserves the Right to Consider Experience, Service and Reputation in the Above-referenced Fields. In Addition, the Boces Reserves the Right to Consider the Financial Responsibility and Specific Qualifications, as Set Out Herein, of the Prospective Bidder in Its Evaluation of the Bids and Award of the Contracts. The Rockland County Board of Cooperative Educational Services Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities in the Bids, or to Reject All Bids, or to Accept Any Bid Which in the Opinion of the Board Will Be to Their Best Interest.
