Renovation of a municipal facility in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Walnut Ridge, Ar. has received an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission to make improvements and repairs to two buildings. Including but not limited to demolition, replacing structural trusses, joists, framing, columns, masonry repairs, interior wall construction, windows, doors, ceilings, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and flooring. The City of Walnut Ridge, Ar. is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering/architectural firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. All individuals/firms must have active registration status in Online.
