Any contract or contractsawarded under this invitation forbids will be subject to the requirements of the U.S. Department ofCommerce Economic Development Administration (EDA) as described in the contractdocuments. EDA requirements include but are not limited to; DavisBacon Wage Rates and MinorityParticipation Goals.
