Provide Removal and Replacement of Terminal Carpet at the Charleston International Airport. CHS Concourse Carpet Replacement ** No oral, telephonic, or electronic submissions will be accepted. Any questions and/or comments concerning this Requests for Bids should be directed via e-mail to Carrie Stanley at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com no later than Friday October 11, 2024 at 5:00pm (local) The CCAA will not be responsible for any oral instructions with regard to this Notice. 1. Base Bid: B Terminal - The work may generally be described as the removal and replacement of approximately 19,853 square feet of carpet on the B Terminal of the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston, South Carolina. The scope of work will include purchase of associated materials, removal and disposal of existing broadloom carpet and installation of new carpet tiles by Bentley Mills in "Lucky Break" style "Doubles 400844" 18"x36" carpet tiles per manufacturer's written instructions. Work may also include repair of Terrazzo flooring as needed. All carpet shall be from the same dye-lot. Contractor will install carpet tiles using adhesive "Healthbond #2399" (no urethane) by Bentley Mills. Contractor will be required to work with a CCAA pre-approved provider for services related to Terrazzo flooring repairs and gate guard security services as needed. 2. Bid Option 1: A Terminal - The work may generally be described as the removal and replacement of approximately 12,487 square feet of carpet on the A Terminal of the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston, South Carolina. The scope of work will include purchase of associated materials, removal and disposal of existing broadloom carpet and installation of new carpet tiles by Bentley Mills in "Lucky Break" style "Doubles 400844" 18"x36" carpet tiles per manufacturer's written instructions.
