The project includes 200 LF of concrete sidewalk, 40 LF of modified concrete curb, and ADA curb ramp. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to College Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each representing One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract amount. The CT Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids The project consists of construction of approximately 200 LF of 5 wide concrete sidewalk and 55 LF of concrete curb.
