Boiler Plant Rebuild Subcontractor bids will be received for the following scopes of work: Base bid drawings dated 08/02/2024, all prepared by PEC (exclude all demolition & underground hydronic piping) Mechanical (Sandifer is required for controls) Plumbing Electrical Alternates #1 & #2 dated 08/02/2024, all prepared by PEC. (include demolition) Mechanical (Sandifer is required for controls) Plumbing Electrical Addendum #1 dated 08/23/2024, all prepared by PEC. (exclude demolition) Mechanical (Sandifer is required for controls) Plumbing Electrical All bidders should advise of their intent to bid. Please email estimating@dondlinger.build if there is intent to bid. Vendor hereby acknowledges when submitting a bid that they have included all items associated with the request for proposal for their corresponding bid form.
